Wow! How fast time flies when you are having fun! My little girl started the First Grade today!
She sure did luck out this year! They combined Kindergarten and First Grade, so Shelbs got Mrs. Maynard ( Who Rocks ) again this year! That made the 1st day of 1st grade a super easy transition fo sho! We walked thru that door and she was off like a shot, to the new club house, pictured behind her, and donned a tail and ears. Obviously a necessity to have a picture taken with!
We said our goodbyes. She could care less and didn't even notice our exit!
What a far cry from Pre-school 2 years ago. She cried. I cried, and I had the freakin hardest time even leave the parking lot............
The road to adulthood has officially begun for her. She no longer is a little kid and I'm sure this ball will keep rollin faster and faster..........
